Can every business have a Google listing?
Not always. We check first that Google allows a listing for your business, and we never use a fake address. If it isn't allowed, directory and social profiles, a testimonials page and a review ask give customers the proof they look for.
Do you need my Google password?
No. You add us as a manager on your own Google listing, and you can remove us anytime. We never ask for passwords by email or text. When an account can't add us, we use a secure one-time link.
Do you contact my customers?
Not without your OK. We do not call, text or email your customers on our own. If you choose a review program, you approve the wording first.
How fast will I see results?
Some fixes, like correcting your Google listing or speeding up your site, take effect quickly. Search and AI results usually build over weeks to months. We'll show you what changed and track progress with you.
